Hello!
I am Ashley Wilcox...

 

          I am 26 years young, and am a second year teacher. I grew up in a military family -- traveling is my life. I lived in Germany until 2005, my family then moved to the Jamestown area. I graduated from, Falconer Central School. I received an Associates Degree from Jamestown Community College in May 2012, and my Bachelor Degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia in May 2017. I am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in English.

          Family is EVERYTHING to me. I come from a family of five. I am the middle of 3 children -- all girls. My mother is my rock, and my father is my guardian angel. I currently am a Jamestown resident living with my boyfriend, and my Wheaten Terrier, Winston Donald. His initials spell out, WDW (Walt Disney World). I am a huge Disney lover!

          I spend my free time in my garden! I LOVE flowers, and growing my own food in my backyard. I do a lot of traveling when I can! I also love baking, and aspire to someday own my own bakery. I live for Fixer Upper -- Chip and Joanna Gaines have basically designed my house! I also live to get lost in books! I believe the book is ALWAYS better, and I look forward to my students learning that about me.

         I am very excited, and honored to be teaching the 9th, and 10th grade sections of English for the 2018-2019 school year at Panama Central School. I am so excited, and honored to be Panama's newest addition! I truly believe my students teach me just as much as I teach them, and I look forward for what exciting adventures are in store for this new school year!
